Our Services

Tan y Fron consists of 46 Extra Care apartments available for rent (subject to eligibility criteria), for individuals aged 60 years and over with a Domiciliary Care need.  Priority is given to residents of the Conwy Borough Council area.

Our developments are designed to enable you to live independently in your own home and should you need care and support, it will be individually tailored to meet your needs.  We have used our extensive experience to provide high-quality apartments, which are purpose-built, not only to make your life easier, but designed to offer security, ease of access and to include many features which you will benefit from.

Apartments

There are 15 one and 31 two bedroom fully self-contained apartments available, each with its own entrance hallway, kitchen, lounge, and en-suite bathroom.  They are all designed to the highest standard, providing a modern, stylish yet homely environment, whilst facilitating ease of mobility and a sense of security.

Sustainability

The scheme has been designed and constructed as 'Excellent' under the British Research Establishment Assessment Method (BREEAM); Code for Sustainable Homes, incorporating many innovative features to meet the environmental benchmark for best practice in sustainable building design, construction and operation.
